Bio 

My Interest in fitness started at a young age. I'll always remember being a young boy going through fitness magazines being very impressed with what the human body can look like with time and dedication. The first time I picked up a weight was in "Weight Training" class 5th period in Jr high, and I haven't looked back since! My fitness career however didn't start until after I was sick and tired of being "sick and tired" at my job. So I picked up my first certification with National Academy of Sports Medicine and extended my fitness knowledge even further! In retrospect that was the best decision I've made in my life, because helping people achieve what they feel is ''Impossible" is worth the patience and the man hours it takes to accomplish a goal. 

Follow my lead and i'll be sure to hold your hand and tell you everything's going to be okay when your feeling "stuck" or unmotivated. Trust me when i say, time and effort will in turn equal success.

My TEAM TRANSFORMATION CLASS is a high pace, and exciting way to change your workout routine packed into 30/50        minutes. TTC is a balanced strength training and cardio based workout, that when committed to, will get you to your goal!

-Strength Training Workout Calendar.

-Bi weekly/ Monthly Weigh-ins.
